Comfortable clothing or sports wear is suggested. Depending on your appointment you may be asked to perform movements as part of examination or perform specific rehabilitation exercises. Please be aware that in some cases dependant on what area of the body you wish to receive treatment you will be asked to undress appropriately. Towels, pillows and oils are provided but bring your own if you are concerned about allergies or comfort.

Apart from your initial appointment, all further appointments are charged 100% upfront as deposit and kept once the booking is completed.
Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early. Late arrival may result in cancellation of your appointment. There is 48hrs notice for cancellations. For late cancellations or no-shows you may be subjected to a charge equal to that of your selected appointment, or your deposit may be kept.
Please enter your voucher number AND your security code into the comments section when making your appointment. Vouchers are redeemed on the day of your appointment so make sure you book before your voucher expires. Expired vouchers are not accepted and you will be asked to pay for your appointment price matched to your voucher.

Treatment packages are non-refundable once you begin using your appointments.
Your entered contact information will be added to an email list. Emails sent to you by Bankside Therapy will consist of any important clinic updates such changes to opening and closing times, and internal discounts and deals. If you do not wish to be a part of the email list there will be an unsubscribe button at the end of every email.
Bankside Therapy pledges not to spam you with irrelevant information and your details are securely stored with Googles workspace suite. Cliniko also stores your information securely as a professional clinical management software. Information stored on Cliniko is kept for a 7 year duration by law.
